Evgueni Korolev

Evgeny Korolev was born in Moscow, Russia on February 14th 1988. He began playing tennis at age four and picked up his first ATP points at age 15 in three German Challengers. His career high ranking is 63, achieved on April 16th 2007.

Korolev is an offensive baseliner with knock out power off both wings. He has a very solid and compact backhand that can generate clean winners from anywhere on the court, it is also his best shot when defending and getting himself back into rallies, however his forehand although the more erratic and unreliable wing can generate unbelievable power, despite the power of the backhand Korolev has a more pacy forehand but makes a lot of errors off that wing.
