Sharapova downs Lisicki to reach Aussie Open quarters

Fourth seed Maria Sharapova of Russia came back from losing the first set to beat tenacious German Sabine Lisicki in the fourth round of the Australian Open on Monday.

The 2008 champion will now take on fellow countrywoman Ekaterina Makarova after her 3-6, 6-2, 6-3 win in 2hr 15min.
