10 things you may not have known about Milos Raonic

Britain's Andy Murray will face world number seven Milos Raonic in the Wimbledon final on Sunday.

Here, Press Association Sport takes a look at 10 things you may not have known about the Canadian.

1. Raonic was born in Montenegro but moved to Ontario in Canada in 1994. He started playing tennis there aged eight.

2. Raonic's father Dusan is an electrical engineer and his mother Vesna is a computer engineer. He has a sister Jelena and brother Momir.

3. Raonic's uncle Branimir Gvozdenovic has served as deputy prime minister for the government of Montenegro.

4. Raonic's idol growing up was Pete Sampras and he used to record the American's matches on video.

5. Raonic is fluent in Serbian as well as English.

6. Raonic supports Barcelona in football, Toronto Raptors in basketball and Toronto Blue Jays in baseball.

7. Raonic played in the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game in February, representing Canada against the United States. Rap singer Drake was his team's coach.

8. Raonic last year delivered the third fastest serve ever at Wimbledon, clocking 145 miles per hour. He hit 144mph against Roger Federer in this year's semi-final.

9. Raonic is the first Canadian man ever to reach a grand slam final. Eugenie Bouchard became the first Canadian to do so at Wimbledon in 2014.

10. Raonic has served more aces (137) than any other player in the tournament. He has also produced the most double faults (28).
