Tsonga on the move in ATP rankings

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has moved up to sixth in the ATP rankings released on Monday after reaching the finals in Beijing at the weekend.

The 27-year-old French player moves ahead of Czech Tomas Berdych who dropped to seventh after his elimination from the quarter-finals in Tokyo.

World number two Novak Djokovic, who overcame Tsonga in straight sets on Sunday to win the China Open for a third time, remains second behind Swiss Roger Federer.
