We admit to being a little jealous of Andy Murray and his enormous cake.
The British number one was given the sweetmeat to mark his 500th win when he defeated Kevin Anderson in the Miami Open. Perhaps when we get our 500th win, we’ll get a cake too.
We’re delighted for Murray, though such a big cake seems a little bit wasted on an elite athlete who probably wouldn’t eat more than a wee slice despite having one of sport’s biggest mouths.
In fact, we reckon it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for him to fit the whole thing in his mouth.
It’s all a question of perspective.
