John Isner and Nicky Kyrgios are on course to meet in the BB&T Atlanta Open final after the top two seeds made it into the semi-finals.
Top seed Isner saw off fellow American Taylor Fritz in the quarter-final, winning 7-5 6-4 while Kyrgios defeated Fernando Verdasco 6-4 6-7 (7/5) 6-3.
Isner will now meet wild card Reilly Opelka in the last four after the American beat Donald Young 6-4 6-4.
Yoshihito Nishioka is waiting for Kyrgios after the Japanese reached his first ATP Tour level semi-final with a 6-4 6-4 success over Horacio Zeballos.
